Our Nutritionist and Life Coach, Rachel is a practitioner dually trained in mental health and nutritional therapy and understands the mind-body connection and the impact of physical and emotional stressors on overall health. She recognizes the multitude of factors that impact a client’s health and happiness and provides tools to help manage stress, improve the relationship with food and body and navigate through barriers that inhibit physical and mental wellness. Additionally, she uses a variety of tools to identify areas of dysfunction and makes recommendations to balance and correct nutritional deficiencies so that optimal health can be achieved. Through her program, clients learn how to listen to their body, reverse nutritional imbalances, reclaim their health, and improve the quality of their life.
