Audiobook I am hearing: Think and Grow Rich
The first personal development book I ever read with Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich.  It was given to my by a chiropractor 15 years ago.  Due to this amazing book, I have been on a personal growth mission ever since.  Lately, I felt the need to go back and revisit the core concepts of this work.  Specifically, the concept of defining your “definite major purpose”, “desire” and “faith”.  In reviewing this book I also found that a movie has been created recently with an updated version of the content.  You can purchase the movie here for $17.

Videos I am recommending:
Mirror Image Exercise and Home Traction Orthotic How-To Videos
If you are looking to gain a deeper understanding of how to do your postural exercises (mirror image exercises) and use your home traction orthotic, please take a look at the above linked videos from my YouTube channel.  They are short clips but very impactful.  If you are looking to make a quick and long standing change in your posture these are a must!

Quote I am loving:
“Before success comes in any man’s life, he is sure to meet with much temporary defeat, and perhaps, some failure.  When defeat overtakes a man, the easiest and most logical thing to do is quit.  That is exactly what the majority of men do.  More than five hundred of the most successful men this country has ever known told the author their greatest success came just one step beyond the point at which defeat had overtaken them.” ~ Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich
In life, I have found that you never know just how close you are to a major breakthrough.  Hill discusses the concept of identifying your “definite major purpose”.  Another way of saying this, is to determine EXACTLY a goal for your life.  Once identified, you must, with much persistence stay the course until you have achieved your desire.  In this way, you will avoid making the all too common mistake of giving up right before you reach your milestone!  This week, stay focused on your end goal.  Don’t get caught up in the short term.  Go the distance!

Have a kick ass week everyone!
