🎉 Trending Tuesday: A New Chapter for Aligned Life

Every once in a while, there are weeks that feel like a turning point.

This is one of those weeks.

I’m excited to share two announcements that represent years of planning, hard work, and a vision for what Aligned Life can become.

🏢 Big Announcement: Our Permanent Home

One of the biggest goals I’ve been working toward for many years has finally become a reality.

Aligned Life has a permanent home.

Owning our own office isn’t just a business milestone—it’s a commitment to our patients and our community.

Having a permanent location allows us to continue investing in the experience we provide, expand our services, and create a space designed specifically to help people improve their posture, performance, recovery, and long-term health.

More importantly, it represents stability.  A place where families can continue receiving care for years to come.  A place where our community can gather.  A place where we can continue growing together.  To every patient who has trusted us with your health, encouraged us, referred your friends and family, and believed in our mission…

Thank you.

You helped make this possible.

The best news is that our new office location is in the same building as our current space.  So you won’t have to go far to check out our upgraded digs!

đź’¬ Quote I’m Loving

“My goal is to live a life of alignment rather than a life in balance.”

— Unknown

This quote immediately resonated with me.

For years I thought the goal was to achieve perfect balance.

I’ve come to realize that life rarely works that way.

Some seasons require more focus on family.

Others demand more attention at work.

Sometimes your health needs to take priority.

Sometimes your relationships do.

Instead of chasing perfect balance, I’ve found it more helpful to pursue alignment.

Alignment means making sure my daily actions reflect my deepest values.

When those two things line up, life feels more meaningful—even if it isn’t perfectly balanced.

This Week’s Action Step

Take five minutes this week and ask yourself one question:

“Are my daily actions aligned with the life I’m trying to build?”

If the answer is yes…

Keep going.

If the answer is no…

Choose one small change you can make this week that moves you closer to the person you want to become.

Remember:

Small adjustments create remarkable transformations over time.

This week, I pulled my old, rusty mountain bike out of retirement. The first stop wasn’t the trail—it was the bike shop! I had a new chain installed and asked them to make sure everything was safe before I attempted to ride it again. My motivation for getting back into mountain biking is actually pretty […]

App I am using: Blinkist I often hear from many of you that you wish you had more time to read.  If this sounds like you, then there is good news!  This weekend on the drive up to Los Angeles for my son’s volleyball tournament my wife introduced me to a new app called Blinkist.  The app allows […]

Equipment I am using: 25 lbs. Ruck Weight Plate One of the most scalable forms of exercise is walking.  You can manipulate the distance, incline, decline, and speed.  You can also add resistance to your walks.  This is accomplished through an action called “rucking” in which you wear a backpack loaded with weight while walking.  The plate […]
